Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at hello@pinkpups.com to request a return authorisation.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement. Replacements are only provided when items arrive already damaged. All orders are quality checked prior to shipping.
